BSU x AMSA Heart Health Awareness Workshop

February is not only Black History Month but American Heart Month so we will be spreading awareness for Heart Health. We will be showing people how to measure their blood pressure and measure their heart beats. We can also have the participants write encouraging messages on a Big Red Heart. At the end or at the beginning of the event, we will give a small informational on heart health and relate it to black people in terms of high blood pressure in African -Americans and such.
